Shipping to Italy: free of charge if your order reaches 70.00 EUR, otherwise delivery costs amount to 7 EUR. You save delivery costs if you collect your goods from our offices.
You can collect your custom each Thursday between 16:30 and 19:30 (except bank holidays). If you really need to arrange a different collection time, please write us.
Payment methods: credit card, PayPal, PostePay, Italian Post Offices, bank transfer, cash (only for pick up). Cash on delivery payment is not available.

Each product is described in the on-line catalogue; the details are visible while selecting products and compiling the order, before the submission.
Prices (including VAT and any other tax) are displayed next to each product on the on-line catalogue.
The actual price for each purchase will be the valid price on the moment when the order is submitted.
Parafarmacia! reserves the right to update the prices at any time and without prior notice.
In the event of price update, the new prices will be valid from the moment of their publication on the Parafarmacia! website, and will only be applied to the orders submitted after the publication.
After receiving your order, Parafarmacia! will send you a confirmation e-mail. We recommend that you print the e-mail and save it. If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail shortly, please get in touch with Parafarmacia!.
If we are unable to ship your order in time, we will immediately send you an e-mail to agree on what to do next; in any case you will be given the option to cancel the whole order or part of it.
La consegna delle merce avviene con una di due possibili modalità: spedizione o ritiro a mano.
La spedizione avviene entro due giorni lavorativi dalla ricezione dell'ordine, il corriere copre tutto il territorio italiano e buona parte delle nazioni straniere. Per l'Italia i tempi di arrivo sono in genere di due-tre giorni lavorativi, di più per le isole e aree disagiate.
La spedizione su tutto il territorio italiano è gratuita per ordini che raggiungono o superano i 70.00 euro, altrimenti è pari a 7 euro.
Ha un costo variabile fra i 7 ed i 110 euro per le altre destinazioni. Per alcune nazioni estere è prevista la consegna solo nelle città principali. Le tariffe sono dettagliate nella pagina Tariffe e tempi di consegna.
Il ritiro a mano avviene esclusivamente presso la nostra sede in via Giusti 90/D a Calenzano (FI), unicamente nei giovedì feriali in orario 16.30 - 19.30. Se questi orari vi risultassero impossibili contattateci prima di effettuare l'ordine, troveremo un accordo.
Questa modalità non prevede alcun costo aggiuntivo oltre a quello degli oggetti acquistati, gli acquisti rimangono disponibili al ritiro per 15 giorni dalla data dell'ordine.
Il ritiro a mano degli acquisti è disponibile solo a seguito di una verifica dell'indirizzo email dell'acquirente, tramite la procedura gratuita chiamata registrazione, in ogni caso Parafarmacia! si riserva di non erogare questa modalità.
Il pagamento è possibile in quattro diverse modalità:
Non si effettuano spedizioni in contrassegno.
Parafarmacia! provvederà a rilasciare scontrino fiscale, oppure fattura qualora la si richieda al momento dell'ordine.
Se un cliente effettua più di un ordine in un intervallo di 8 giorni gli ordini successivi saranno spediti solo dopo che siano stati pagati gli ordini arretrati. Questa procedura eviterà eventuali errori dovuti alla sovrapposizione di pagamenti.
Art. 5 of Legislative decree n.185 of 22/05/1999, related to the protection of customers in remote sales, gives customers the unconditional right to cancel orders ("diritto di recesso"), without additional fees and without having to state any reason.
Parafarmacia! will assume that the customer has exercised this right if the customer has opted for collection and the order is not collected in the 30 days after receiving the order confirmation e-mail.
Parafarmacia! guarantees that the product are free from any defect.
The primary guarantee is when collecting the order from our offices in Via Giusti 90/D, Calenzano FI; if the customer find a defect in the products, they can cancel the order in the 8 calendar days following collection.
In case of a giusta causa (lawful cause) in favour of the customer, Parafarmacia! will either replace the product or refund its cost, provided that the customer shows the fiscal receipt issued on collection.
After 8 days from the collection date, Parafarmacia! will not accept complaints on the products.
As requested by the law, but also by our manners, the information that you give us will be used only for the purpose of completing the sale. Your data will neither be shared with third parties nor used for bothering you.
